The step from formal employment as an IT manager to independent operator has been an interesting one. If I had known that my resignation would cause the entire global economy to collapse I would not have done it. Sorry folks. Just don’t tell Obama about this – he may want to re-open Guantanamo Bay so he will have somewhere to talk after his CIA boys do their kidnap thing.
Anyway – I am now out in the wild world, ready to cure anybody of their IT ailments as a contractor or (for the right outfit) permanent employee. I know that there is a HUGE need out there for topflight IT managers to release the untapped business potential that technology offers. This BLOG will chart my course through the minefield of self-employment and the mighty quest for the holy grail of the ultimate job.
